Students of the University Utrecht present their result of their investigation on ‘serious games’ like World on Warcraft and EVE Online. Their research is based on two IBM-reports: ‘Virtual Worlds, Real Leaders‘ and ‘Leadership in a distributed world. Lessons from online gaming‘. Speakers and audience are physically present at this conference in Amsterdam as well as virtually through Second Life.
