DEADLINE EXTENDED to september 6th, 2010!

Create an image, video, music, an avatar or a 3D object related to the GOGBOT 2010 Festival theme: ‘The Technological Singularity’

-> 1st Prize: 10000 L$

–> 2nd Prize: 5000 L$

—> 3rd prize: 3000 L$

—> The 3 best works will be exhibited 9-12 september 2010 at the GOGBOT Festival, Enschede (NL)

—> The 12 best works will be exhibited 9-12 september at the GOGBOT Neocortexx Singularity Tower (SL)

—> The winning works will be published on the GOGBOT 2010 website.

GOGBOT is an annual Art/Music/Technology/Media Festival produced by PLANETART Foundation. GOGBOT Festival has free access to exhibitions and events at over 10 locations in Enschede, The Netherlands. (Admission only for the indoor music events) GOGBOT is also happening global online in the virtual world Second Life. GOGBOT 2009 had around 15000 RL visitors. Enschede is an Arts, Business & Technology University town near the Dutch-German border crossing of rail & road route Amsterdam-Berlin.

Dutch art & tech organisation PLANETART selected the explicit erotic Flickr Slideshow of the ‘Sexand Life’ group to  stream full-screen on a few large HD monitors as part of their “Technological Singularity” themed show at the KunstVlaai-ArtPie exhibition.
